Three Friends pitchers combined on a two-hit performance and freshman Leland Nislow broke a scoreless tie with a two-run, second-inning triple to lead the Quakers to a 7-1 MIAA B Conference baseball victory over visiting St. John’s Catholic Prep, yesterday at Medfield Heights, in a contest that was halted after six innings because of rain.
