CHAPELGATE TOSSES SECOND CONSECUTIVE SHUTOUT AS IT DEFEATS BALTIMORE LUTHERAN, 13-0

Although
it did not need the pitching as much as it did in a 1-0 win over
Friends on Thursday, Chapelgate Christian got  it again just the same,
on Friday, as the Yellowjackets routed visiting Baltimore Lutheran,
13-0, in MIAA B Conference baseball action at Western Regional Park.

Junior
Matt Siggins and sophomore Josh Sacks combined to post five goose eggs
as Chapelgate improved to 8-3 overall and 6-2 in the conference.  Sacks
has not given up an earned run this year.

The bats were led by
Freshman Tom Ruzzi, Brian Wilcox, Robbie Green, Scott Moran, Nick
Markowski and Siggins who all had multiple hits and extra base hits.

Lutheran fell to 4-7 overall and 3-6 in the conference.
